KIDS MINISTRY AT GRACEHILL CHURCH

At Gracehill, our Kids Ministry seeks to build and nurture every child (0 to 5th grade) with a relevant faith in Jesus.
We provide age-appropriate worship, Bible stories, and activities during our Sunday morning worship experience.
We divide our Kids Ministry into separate environments so that we can engage your child at their level:

DREAMERS
0 weeks – 18 months old

EXPLORERS
19 months – 3 years old

LEGENDS
4 – 5 years old

GRACEKIDS
Kindergarten – 5th grade

YOUR FIRST VISIT

Here’s what to expect when visiting GraceKids for the first time:

As you arrive, our Child Check-In Station is located in the lobby of Gracehill Church. A GraceKids volunteer will be excited to help you as we sign in your child for check-in. In order to ensure an enjoyable and secure experience, we ask for some basic information:

• Parent/guardian name(s)
• Child’s name
• Child’s birthdate
• Home address
• Phone number
• Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

HOW CHECK-IN WORKS

Before Service: You can check-in your child at our check-in kiosk. Our volunteers will provide you and your child with matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag with a pick-up code.

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, you will receive a text message from one of our volunteers requesting your assistance. We ask that you exit the auditorium and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
